A highly accomplished educator with over a decade of experience in English language teaching, curriculum development, and academic leadership, I hold a Master’s in TESOL from Monash University and am committed to fostering student engagement and creating interactive learning environments. My career spans roles as an English Lecturer at UNIBA Madura, where I deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons, and as an International Program Manager at LEADS Indonesia, where I’ve led team management, problem-solving, and successful program implementation. With a proven ability to drive academic and operational success through curriculum innovation and collaboration, I bring a proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for educational leadership to every project.
